Your immune system is incredibly intelligent and can fight off any infection, natural or otherwise. Hereditary autoimmune disorders also stem from these things that are passed down from generation to generation due to DNA. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t do your best to strengthen your immune system and be the healthiest you can be. You can change these things, and it’s largely about your lifestyle.

Here are some tips to strengthen your immune system the way your body intended. The first is to examine your lifestyle. Not just what you are eating, but your overall way of life. If you eat fast food every day, expecting to be healthy, then you’re wishing for something that just isn’t possible. Being healthy revolves around two things, that you are eating foods your body needs to survive, filled with the nutrients it needs to function. In addition to having a stress free environment to mentally be healthy. Not getting proper nutrients will most certainly weaken your immune system since it’s not able to function at full capacity.

Furthermore, if you’re someone who has high anxiety and stress, perhaps are depressed, angry, or live in fear, then this too weakens your immune system and makes you more susceptible to getting sick. What can boost it is laughing, smiling, and being genuinely happy in life. Living in fear, the fear of dying, is actually the fear of living life. There is nothing to be afraid of in life. Living in the moment and finding happiness will boost your immune system.

And lastly, supplementation may be needed, especially since vitamins and minerals found in food these days are significantly lower due to the agriculture system and carcinogenic pesticides used on crops. Vitamin C is thought to be your immune system, but Vitamin D is actually even more important.
