Do you believe in astrology and think your horoscope and Zodiac sign fits you? We all have a Zodiac sign which is determined by the date we were born, but how does it affect your personality? There are 12 signs:
- Aries (March 21 – April 19)
- Taurus (April 20 – May 20)
- Gemini (May 21 – June 20)
- Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
- Leo (July 23 – August 22)
- Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
- Libra (September 23 – October 22)
- Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)
- Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
- Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)
- Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
- Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
These twelve signs have different characteristics and traits, but do you resonate with them? If you’ve ever researched your Zodiac sign, and it’s likely you have, then you may read and think, “This is so me! It describes me perfectly.” While some of you may think, “This doesn’t sound like me at all.” Have you ever looked at your horoscope for the day and read it with certainty that the events described in it were going to happen, and then they do? Or do they never happen? If you ask anyone these questions, you’ll likely get mixed answers from people who are strong believers, and others who don’t believe it at all.
It all comes down to your own interpretation of the sign and how it relates to your life, in addition to how much you know yourself. Oftentimes you will read just your own sign and horoscope and it sounds like it fits, but if you read others you may also realize they fit as well. They tend to be generic and can fit people. However, that doesn’t mean they are completely wrong, quite the contrary. Your horoscope can be quite accurate, deepening on where you look, and how well you know yourself.
Let’s use my sign as an example. I am an Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac and is characterized by the need to be first, which often makes for a good entrepreneur and leader, but can be competitive and impulsive with a fiery temper. Some of the characteristics describe me well, while others don’t. If you are not an Aries and have read the traits, does it describe you despite being another sign? Or are you an Aries and it doesn’t fit you at all? Many times it will fit you, but not always.
Another example, if I look at my horoscope in the morning, what if I read something that implants an idea into my head of how my day is and I change my day depending on what I read? Your thoughts have power, so it’s possible that I could read something and it changes my outlook on the day. Or is there actual significant meaning behind all of this? From my own experience, it’s better to look at my horoscope at the end of the day or the following day to see how accurate it was. Sometimes it is, other times it’s not. But, when it is, it’s quite remarkable how accurate it can be. I’ve looked back at previous days and it’s spot on with major things.
For those who resonate with their Zodiac sign and their horoscope fits them, the reason is often because we are more than just a physical body. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, we are born from the stars, and the stars determine our lives and what happens in the world. So, it’s no surprise that astrology can play a key role in determining who you are and what events will unfold in your life.
I’m curious to hear your thoughts on this topic and if your sign describes you, or doesn’t, and if you look at your horoscope to see if that fits with your day, or doesn’t.
Let me know how this works for you. Have a great day!
I am an Aries, and it accurately describes much of my personality, but isn’t fully accurate. I think many people can say the same where they will pick and choose which parts of their sign fits them but ignore the others. Regardless, it can help you get a better picture into who you are and why you are the way you are. Sometimes it comes in handy, but other times can negatively impact your life. The goal is to accept the positive and negative aspects of your life and personality.
